The Meridian Jr. High gym is the location for the annual Craft & Hobby Show at the Stillman Valley Fall Festival again this year. This is all indoors so so weather is not an issue.
The show is open on Saturday from 9 a.m. to
5 p.m. and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There were some excellent exhibits last year and you can expect a very nice show again this year. The show has a large number of exhibitors and includes handmade items, quilting, painting, woodworking, embroidery items, jewelry, denim clothing, books, candles, floral arrangements, knit and crochet items, Fall and Christmas items, doll and goose clothing, and much more! There is something for everyone, so plan to attend the festival and take some time to enjoy the crafts and hobbies.

Friday 5:30 – 8:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday 7:00 – 9:00am Sunday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Doors will not be unlocked before 9:00 am on Sunday for vendors
To have your same space as last year, have your registration in by July 30th. After July 30th, placement is at the discretion of the Craft Chairman.
All tables must be covered to the floor.
No Smoking in School Bldg., no alcoholic beverages and no radios, TV.’s or music or other distraction devices in the gym or hallway. No lit candles allowed. No distribution of food or drink in Gym. (wrapped or contained)
If your company policy is to only have one vendor at a show, it is your responsibility to ask if anyone else is registered.
Please bring substantial change for your booth.
Your booth must be attended at all hours of the craft show. The craft show will close at 5:30 p.m. Saturday and you should cover your items when you leave.
You must provide your own table for display and chairs to sit on. The booth sizes are approx. 8 x 8 for gym space.
Any changes made during the show are at the discretion of the Craft Chairman or Committee.
NO EARLY TAKE DOWNS.
You may unload your vehicle on the west side of the building Friday eve. When a car is unloaded, PLEASE move it so someone else may unload. On Saturday morning, you may unload behind the Jr. High building, through back doors to the gym. Then move your vehicle so someone else may unload. Vendor parking is in the lot across the road. All campers and trailers will be parked across the street in the bus barn parking lot. There is no parking in the handicapped area unless you are qualified. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
New: If you would like to donate an item for our silent auction, that would be great! Just put on your paper what you would be donating from your items that you will be displaying. On the day of the auction, you can bring them to the front along with a business card. This will give your business more exposure.

Entry deadline: Postmarked by July 30th , 2025
After July 30th, booth fee is $70.00. Allow 1 week for mail delivery.
Paper registration form is for filling out the form and mailing it to the Festival. A check is then sent with the form. There is an option to pay using Paypal.

Online registration allows you to skip mailing the form to us. Payment must be made using Paypal. Booth is not registered until we receive both the Electronic form and payment.
